Next week we’ll be closed on Tuesday (28/10) and Thursday (30/10).
Pre-orders are now open until Thursday night for our Saturday (1/11) baking round where we’ll be baking (1) Danish Rye Bread (2) Potato Whole Wheat Sandwich Loaf.

Menu suggestions are always welcome! 💡

One of our regulars asked if we could make Rugbrød—he really missed it. So he gave us the recipes, translated them from Danish to English, and helped us tweak it after a taste test. With his seal of approval, it’s finally ready. Rugbrød, made with a little help from a friend.
