I am based in Bangkok, Thailand. I am the lady behind Kitchen’s Mona. I love cooking, and I recently discovered my true happiness in culinary art - ranging from cooking countless meals, developing easy home snack ides, home-baking bread, etc. I am also a professional in International Student Recruitment…but more of that shortly. From a Hobby to a Source of True Happiness. I have been a full-time professional for over 13 years in International Student Recruitment. I enjoy what I do as a career and I have been making a living and travelling the world from my profession. However, I have loved cooking since I was young and become my mother’s helper in the kitchen, but I never thought I could make anything serious out of it, apart from preparing a nice meal for my family. This changed recently when discovered that I could draw true happiness from cooking. When I discovered the potential of culinary art in positively impacting my life, I decided to give it more attention and give it a go. Previously, I was majorly doing Thai cuisine, which is familiar since childhood. This trend continued until 2015, when I met my now-husband who is originally from down-under Sydney, Australia. I have extended my interest to Western Cuisine while not forgetting my Thai roots, watching countless time of many foodie bloggers, adapting my friend's home cook recipe which we love to share with each other. Apart from cooking countless meals, I have also explored easy home snack recipe ideas, home baking bread, and many more. The secret ingredient for all these is the love for cooking and the love for my family, who are the immediate beneficiaries of all the meals I cook. As my interest continues to grow and my cooking art gets more popular, especially amongst family and friends, cooking has slowly grown from a hobby to a part-time job, and more importantly to a real source of happiness for me. I am here to extend the love for cooking to you by sharing my self-learned culinary arts. Allow me to get into your world and unlock your creative culinary energy so that you can create numerous exciting recipes. My cooking style is simplifying the cooking to become an easy task, where can you cook while you have work to complete, kids to look after or the clients that wait for you over the phone. Most of my cooking trend to be ready within 15-30 mins with or basic equipment that you already have at home. I am sure you will too.
