ข้าวยำเกาหลี Cupbap หรือจะเรียก Bibimbap ก็ได้ค่ะ Cupbap จะออกแนว Street Food ทานง่ายกว่า Bibimbapที่เสริฟในชามหินร้อนในร้านอาหารเกาหลีค่ะ ตอนทานก็คลุกๆให้เข้ากันเหมือนกันค่ะ ถ้าชอบร้อนๆควันขึ้นก็สามารถนำเข้าอุ่นใน microwave ได้ค่า

เรามี Cupbap 5 หน้าดังนี้
Original - หมูสไลด์/หมูสับ
Spicy Chicken - เนื้อไก่(สะโพก)ปรุงรสเผ็ด
Tuna Mayo - ทูน่ามานองเนส
Tofu mushroom - เต้าหู้และเห็ด ไม่ใส่เนื้อสัตว์ไม่ใส่ไข่ (เจ)
Spam - แฮมหมูสแปม

New menu introduction "Cupbap"

What is Cupbap?

Cup-bap (Korean: 컵밥) is a food truck offering that consists of bap (rice) in a paper or plastic cup with a variety of toppings. Created in the 2000s for Korea street food, cup-bap has become a popular quick meal or snack for students and others who need a quick and cheap meal.

Some of the most popular kinds of cup-bap are stir-fried kimchi, Bibimbap, bulgogi, pork-belly & ham, chicken teriyaki, chicken mayonnaise, tuna mayonnaise, etc.

Here in the picture, it's the original cupbap consisting of rice topped with pork bolgogi, mixed vegetables, Kimchi stew, fried egg and kochujang sauce.

Other types of cupbap we have are:
-Spam cupbap
-Tuna mayonnaise cupbap
-Spicy chicken cupbap

Kimchi kimbab with Alaskan crab stick

(Serve 1 -2 persons)

Ingredients:
1. Kimchi - 200 g.
2. Water - 100 ml.
3. All purpose flour - 100 g.
4. Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients no. 1 to 3 together
2. Heat pan with oil.
3. Pour in mixture and fry until flour is cooked. Serve
