Our hot sauce is made in-house, first step is to get fresh chili & sweet peppers to let the fermentation process begin!

comes with tender, fatty Pork Belly & Pork Loin 'Moodaeng', chicken liver Pâté, a dash of Maggie, pickled carrots, pickled daikon, fresh cucumber & coriander.

Our breads are baked fresh, daily! No shortcuts.. We use imported flour from Germany, proofing our dough for around 3 hours before they're getting baked in the oven.

We don't aim to replicate a 100 % authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich, we try to keep it as traditional as we can & adding our spin to it to make it our own. Bangkok has been in NEED of an sandwich - identity, so here we are!

Pork Belly Banh Mi by SÄN-VisH Krungthep!

slow and low, cooking the pork belly for 24 hours and key is not to be stingy with the portioning of the pork belly. A proper thick slab is a must! The fermented hot sauce carries it away..
