Cooked: Home-cooked Bento
- Dark Soya Sauce Braised Potatoes and Minced Pork
- Tomato Sauce Sardines
- Garlic Stir-fried Naibai Veg

Here’s my home-cooked food bento without rice. I made dark soy braised potatoes. Very simple dish. Cook minced pork in a pot with minced garlic. Add sliced potatoes. Add chicken stock and water to almost cover. Cook at low heat for 40min until thickened, stirring occasionally. If you want more flavour, you can add oyster sauce but i only want the dark soya sauce to be the focus. Sardines are canned sardines but i zhnged up with additional caramelised onions and some tomato ketchup. Veg is just a simple stirfry with garlic and oyster sauce. No rice.
