FUNKY LAM IS BACK! 🔥 @ TALAT NOI
กลับมาแล้วจ้าา! ร้านอาหารลาว ชิคๆ สุดปัง Funky Lam ที่ทุกคนคิดถึง ครั้งนี้ย้ายบ้านใหม่มาอยู่ตลาดน้อย Vibe ยิ่งสนุกกว่าเดิม ✨
เริ่มต้นด้วย แคปหมู ข้าวเหนียว และผักสดๆ จิ้มแจ่วจัดจ้านแบบลาวแท้ๆ ใดๆคือ Free Flow ซึ่งมันดีมาก! 🌶️
ต่อด้วยยำแหนมสดชื่นๆ คู่กับเนื้อแดดเดียวที่หอมมากๆ 🔥
หมูปิ้งที่นี่ไม่ใช่แบบธรรมดา แต่เป็นแบบที่อัพเกรดขึ้นมา อร่อยเต็มคำ กัดไปตรงไหนก็เจอแต่หมู หมู หมู 🤩
จริงๆเป็นคนที่ไม่ทานเครื่องในเลย ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้ลองเพราะลาบเป็ดมาทั้งเนื้อ หนัง และ เครื่องใน ซึ่งไม่คาวเลย อร่อยมาก และภูมิใจมากที่จะได้พูดว่าในชีวิตนี้ฉันได้กินเครื่องในแล้ว 😆
ซุปไส้อั่ว + หอยลาย ตัวนี้ก็เริ่ดไม่แพ้กัน เผ็ดถึงใจ ซดคล่องคอ กินไปพร้อมๆกับ Hanger Steak ความสุก Perfect แค่ไหน ก็ดูได้เลยค่ะ 😍
ปิดท้ายด้วย coconut & raspberry sorbet เย็นสดชื่น 🍧

Start off with pork cracklings, sticky rice, or fresh veggies dipped in free-flow jeow 🌶️
Then dive into refreshing Yum Nem Thaduea with smoky sun-dried beef. Forget regular Moo Ping, this one’s upgraded, bouncy AND juicy
Larb Ped, the whole duck, nose-to-tail 🦆 packs flavor in every bite, followed by clam soup with smoky sai ua and chili jam. Don’t miss the charcoaled hanger steak, cooked medium rare to perfection!
End on a sweet note with coconut & raspberry sorbet 🍧 The perfect funky finish.
