Hosted by That Fat Kid Buddy and organized by Club Uncorked, this one-night-only supper brings together childhood favourites, elevated comfort food, and a carefully selected wine lineup curated in collaboration with The Wine Merchant.

Chef Buddy’s playful menu features foie gras khanom buang, lobster toast, hotate kaprao chawanmushi, river prawn sticky rice risotto, bone marrow dirty kaprao ramen, signature crispy beef kaprao fried rice, and a nostalgic dessert inspired by a late-night 7-Eleven visit.

The Wine Merchant will showcase a lineup spanning Champagne, Burgundy, Germany, Piedmont, and Portugal, including:

Throwback to a beautiful Champagne session with our Kaviari friends at Aman Nai Lert 🥂✨

Exploring the world of Champagne Billecart-Salmon alongside a selection of premium caviars from Kaviari.
From Le Réserve, Le Rosé, Le Blanc de Blancs, and Le Sous-Bois, each a different side of the house, perfectly complemented by Baeri, Oscietra, and Kristal caviar. A wonderful opportunity to discover how texture, salinity, and elegance can come together to create truly memorable pairings.

Fun night at The Wine Merchant Park Silom with Ana from Bodegas Artadi & Bodega Artazu. 🍷

An evening full of energy, great people and beautiful bottles, highlighted by the incredible Magnums of Artadi Viña El Pisón 2006 & 2007, two stunning vintages showing both the power and elegance that made Artadi one of the most respected names in Spain.

Château Angélus Dinner at Sühring ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Join us on 15th June 2026 at 6:00 PM for a very special evening at Sühring, 3 Michelin Stars, dedicated to one of the great icons of Saint-Émilion : Château Angélus.

For this first activity in Thailand with the new generation leading the estate, we are honored to welcome Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal, 8th generation at the head of Château Angélus and President & CEO of the property.

The evening will showcase a beautiful lineup including Carillon d’Angélus 2021, Château Angélus 2019 & 2009, followed by the legendary 2001 and 1995 vintages, paired with a special menu created for the occasion by the Sühring team.

A rare opportunity to discover the evolution, precision and identity of Château Angélus through multiple decades, alongside one of the key figures shaping the future of the estate today.
