A huge thank you to the whole team at Chef’s Table, to Chef Vincent Thierry, Gary, and Guillaume, for delivering a night that was truly unforgettable. The pairings were simply outstanding, taking us through two beautiful series of Petrus vintages across six remarkable years. We began with 2011, 2014, and 2004, showing a more delicate, refined, and classically balanced side of Petrus, shaped by cooler and wetter conditions. Then came 2015, 2010, and 2005, vintages of greater power, depth, and concentration, revealing a broader, richer, and more monumental expression of the estate.
