Black Cod / Yellow Curry Paste / Roasted Cauliflower / Enoki Tempura / Coco Blanco

Back home in Thailand, where the sea offers endless inspiration. We highlight the richness of local herbs by crafting a Thai yellow curry farce, gently rolled with black cod and cooked to precise temperature. Served with our signature “Coco Blanco” a silky sauce made from roasted fish stock and coconut milk, finished with a touch of calamansi for brightness.
