Major construction work is in progress at the gallery so please excuse the mess if you visit. This project will provide an extension to the factory, with a dedicated fermentation room, a new storage building, and a new shop front. The work will be completed by April 23rd 👷🏻‍♂️🛠️👷🏻‍♀️

This lovely Thai-American family made sure to get some pickles before flying back home. You can visit us here Mon-Fri 10am-6pm to sample all our 27 products, return empty jars, and even get a little factory tour. Welcome 😊🥒🛍️🙏🏻
