🔹 หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ IT (Help Desk / User Support)
• ติดตั้งและดูแล Computer, Notebook, Printer และอุปกรณ์ IT ต่างๆ
• Setup อุปกรณ์สำหรับพนักงานใหม่ (Notebook, Mobile Phone, User Account)
• ดูแลระบบ Network, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch และ Internet
• ดูแลระบบ Server, Active Directory (AD), Server และ Firewall
• ดูแลระบบโทรศัพท์ IP Phone, 3CX, CCTV และ Antivirus
• ประสานงาน Vendor และผู้ให้บริการด้าน IT

🔹 คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
• ปริญญาตรีด้าน IT, Computer Science หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support / Help Desk 1-3 ปี
• มีพื้นฐานด้าน Network และ Active Directory (AD) เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้ด้าน Server, Firewall, Antivirus และ IT Security
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IP Phone หรือ 3CX จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มี Service Mind และทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี

✅Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or service business management, especially in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong team management skills
• Solid understanding of food cost, labor cost, and profit & loss (P&L) management
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively on the spot
• Excellent English skills – must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently
