“Mamuang Hao Manao Ho” is a traditional Thai fruit with a sweet-tart flavor and a vibrant red color when ripe. Scientifically known as Carissa carandas, its distinctive name also appears in classical Thai literature. At Saat, we turn it into a house-made jam and use it across our desserts and drinks, where its bright acidity and gentle sweetness bring a refreshing contrast and vibrant fruity character.

At Saat, our coffee program is powered by Samadool Coffee—Bangkok’s specialty coffee shop and small roastery built around balance, clarity, and sourcing integrity. Samadool works with established green-coffee partners such as Caravela Coffee and Melbourne Coffee Merchants (MCM), reflecting a supply chain that values traceability, seasonality, and quality.
Their team also brings experience from working in Australia’s coffee industry, which shapes the discipline behind their selection and roasting decisions.
The result is coffee that’s roasted with precision for both espresso and filter—clean, expressive, and intentionally balanced to sit beautifully alongside Saat’s Thai desserts.
