Think unsliced 500 g roasted ribeye with Yorkshire puddings, red wine gravy, and a zing of freshly grated horseradish sauce… plus a whole roast chicken with herby stuffing and white wine gravy on the side. Oh, and don’t forget the crispy roasted veg.
