A little throwback to Chef Vaughan Mabee’s wild New Zealand flavours at World Gourmet Festival 2025.

Drawing inspiration from the land around him, his cuisine was shaped by hunting trips, native ingredients, and a relentless drive to craft something unmistakably Kiwi.
