Cutty Sark (คัตตี้ซาร์ค) คือเรือใบโบราณที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับตำนานของอังกฤษตั้งอยู่ที่กรีนิช ลอนดอน สร้างขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1869 เพื่อใช้ขนส่งชา เป็นเรือที่ได้ชื่อว่าเร็วที่สุดในยุคนั้น ปัจจุบันเปิดเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับความนิยม ⛵️

Pampelle Ruby L'Apero (แพมเพลล์ รูบี้ เลออะเปโร่) เป็น Apéritif สีแดงสดแสนสะดุดตาจากประเทศฝรั่งเศส แคว้น Cognac (คอนยัค) ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำ Charente (ชาร็องต์
วัตถุดิบสำคัญของ Pampelle คือ Grapefruit สีแดงทับทิม โดยผล Grapefruit จะถูกเก็บเกี่ยวด้วยมือจากแหล่งเพาะปลูกใน Corsica (คอร์ซิกา) เมื่อเริ่มต้นกระบวนการผลิต ผล Grapefruit จะถูกนำมาผ่าครึ่ง แล้วนำมาหมักพร้อมเปลือกสด ๆ เพื่อเสริมกลิ่นหอม จนองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ในผล Grapefruit จะแสดงออกมา แล้วนำมาคั้นของเหลวเพื่อเข้ากระบวนการกลั่นรวมกับสมุนไพรชนิดต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเปลือกและผลส้ม Yuzu จากญี่ปุ่น, ส้ม Bigarade จากเฮติ, เปลือกไม้ Quinine, Bitter จากดอก Gentian และ Eau-de-Vie ที่กลั่นจากองุ่น🍇
ทำให้ได้ Apéritif สีแดงสดใส มาพร้อมรสหวาน-ขมในแบบผลไม้ตระกูล Citrus และเอกลักษณ์ของสมุนไพรชนิดต่าง ๆ 🍊
การบ่มและการบรรจุขวด: แพมเพลล์ถูกบ่มในคอนญักและบรรจุขวดพร้อมตราประทับรูปแมลงปอ ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์สายพันธุ์พื้นเมืองที่ได้รับการคุ้มครอง🦟🌱
Pampelle เหล้าเรียกน้ำย่อยอเนกประสงค์ที่มีรสชาติหวานอมขม มีน้ำตาลต่ำตามธรรมชาติ วิธีการดื่ม Pampelle นั้น ถือว่าเป็น Apéritif ที่สามารถดื่มได้หลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะดื่มเปล่า ๆ เรียกน้ำย่อยในแต่ละมื้อ หรือชงเป็น Cocktail อย่าง Paloma, Negroni หรือเมนู Spritz แต่ถ้าอยากได้อะไรที่ง่าย ๆ ลองผสมกับ Tonic Water ก็ได้...Cheers🍊🥃
