The Art of the Micro-Cuvée
Aperture Farm and Winery with Maru Maru Pizza🍷🍕
We are honored to announce a rare evening with Ryo Tanabe, the photographer-turned-vigneron behind Nagano’s most elusive labels: Aperture Farm and Winery
In the world of Japanese viticulture, Tanabe-san is a poet. Producing only a few thousand bottles per year from his low-intervention approaches, his wines are defined by an obsessive attention to detail. These are "cult" allocations that rarely leave Japan—and when they do, they are spoken for instantly.
For one night only, Tanabe-san joins us at Maru Maru Pizza to pour four of his expressive, small-batch wines paired with the hype Neo-Neapolitan slices . It is a dialogue between precision farming and the art of the dough.
🗓 Saturday, 21 February , 7pm onwards
