For the McDonald’s restaurant in Romont (FR, Switzerland), we supplied a grease separator of type NS10 and installed it together with our local partners.💧

With the NS10, the restaurant is properly equipped to handle grease-containing wastewater and meets the relevant requirements for daily operation.

Stricter wastewater limits, especially for emulsified fats, are pushing conventional grease separators to their limits. 💧

To meet the requirements of the revised EU Urban Wastewater Directive, many businesses are facing new challenges in wastewater treatment.
KESSEL offers two efficient solutions when a grease separator alone is no longer enough:

🔬 BIFENA – the biological solution:
Using a biofilm reactor, microorganisms reliably break down lipophilic substances. Ideal for new constructions or larger facilities such as in the food industry or large-scale catering.
