Celebrating the art of mooncake making at Breeze by lebua.

In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Executive Chef Sam Pang and Dim Sum Chef He Shui Zhen welcomed our guests to a special Mooncake Masterclass, sharing the traditions, techniques and craftsmanship behind lebua’s 2026 Mooncake Collection.

From preparing and shaping the dough to pressing each mooncake with our specially commissioned wooden mould, hand-carved in Guangzhou with the signature lebua motif, guests experienced the craft firsthand. Each mooncake at Breeze by lebua is handcrafted by our culinary team, reflecting the same attention to detail shared throughout the masterclass.

Guests also created two of this year’s new flavours — Dragon Fruit White Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk and Matcha Pistachio — each bringing together tradition, symbolism and a contemporary expression of flavour.

A memorable afternoon of craftsmanship, sharing and togetherness at the heart of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
