นับเป็นความน่ายินดีอย่างยิ่ง เมื่อ "เปี่ยมสุขฟาร์ม" ได้รับเกียรติจาก "นายภูมิวัชร์ อุดมทรัพย์" ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชัยนาท ที่ได้นำคณะส่วนราชการทั้งระดับจังหวัดและระดับอำเภอ ลงพื้นที่มาให้กำลังใจถึงหน้าฟาร์มของพวกเรา เพื่อร่วมสนับสนุนและขับเคลื่อนการเพาะเลี้ยง รวมถึงการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากจิ้งหรีดของดีเมืองชัยนาท
งานในครั้งนี้ "เปี่ยมสุขฟาร์ม" ขอปรบมือให้กับการบูรณาการในการทำงานอย่างยอดเยี่ยมของทีมภาครัฐ นำโดยผู้จัดการศูนย์ให้บริการ SMEs ครบวงจร นางสาวอะริล อินทรชิด ที่เป็นผู้ช่วยผลักดันสำคัญและสนับสนุนโครงการต่างๆของเปี่ยมสุขฟาร์มเสมอมา
และพวกเราซาบซึ้งใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งคือความมุ่งมั่นของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายใน (กอ.รมน.) จังหวัดชัยนาท ที่เล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพอันยิ่งใหญ่ ได้นำผลิตภัณฑ์ของฟาร์มส่งเข้าประกวดผลงานนวัตกรรมเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ในชื่อผลงานสุดล้ำ “นวัตกรรมโปรตีนบาร์จากจิ้งหรีดอาหารเสริมสำหรับทหารแห่งอนาคตเพื่อกองทัพไทย”
แถมยังมีทีมหนุนหลังด้านเกษตรกรรมแบบมืออาชีพ ทั้งท่านเกษตรจังหวัด นายปรีชา สายแสง, ท่านหัวหน้ากลุ่มส่งเสริมฯ นายประหยัด ไชยสิงห์ พร้อมด้วยผู้นำในพื้นที่อย่าง ท่านเกษตรอำเภอหันคา นายชัด ขำเอี่ยม และนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรคู่ใจ นางสาววารุณี กาแก้ว ที่ให้เกียรติเดินชมขั้นตอนการผลิตกันอย่างเป็นกันเอง พร้อมแชร์ไอเดียเด็ด ๆ ในการพัฒนาต่อยอดผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปจากจิ้งหรีดด้วยความใส่ใจและมองการณ์ไกลสุด ๆ
และมีท่านวัฒนธรรมจังหวัด นางสาวอริสรา คำชารี และท่านประธานสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัด นางประวงษ์ กานนท์รังษี ที่มาร่วมเติมเต็มและดูแลมิติวัฒนธรรมชุมชนอย่างใกล้ชิด
บรรยากาศการเยี่ยมชมเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง และอัดแน่นไปด้วยพลังบวก ถือเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ชั้นดีว่า ด้วยการนำทัพที่เข้มแข็งของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด และความใส่ใจอย่างจริงจังของทุกหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะสามารถขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและนวัตกรรมอาหารของจังหวัดชัยนาทให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนได้แน่นอน
ทั้งนี้ พวกเราชาว "เปี่ยมสุขฟาร์ม" ขอขอบพระคุณสำหรับโอกาสและกำลังใจอันยิ่งใหญ่ในครั้งนี้ค่ะ
"Piamsuk Farm" was deeply honored to welcome Mr. Phumiwat Udomsap, the Governor of Chai Nat Province, along with a delegation of provincial and district government officials. The team visited our farm to show their support and help drive the breeding and processing of cricket products—a true highlight of Chai Nat.
We would like to applaud the outstanding integrated efforts of the government sector, led by Ms. Aril Intrachid, Manager of the SME One-Stop Service Center (OSMEP), who has always been a key driver and supporter of Piamsuk Farm’s projects. We are also profoundly grateful for the dedication of the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Chai Nat, who recognized our potential and submitted our product to a strategic and creative innovation competition under the forward-thinking title: “Cricket Protein Bar Innovation: Dietary Supplements for Future Soldiers of the Royal Thai Army.”
In addition, we received incredible support from a professional agricultural team, including the Provincial Agricultural Officer, Mr. Preecha Saisaeng, and the Head of the Agricultural Promotion Group, Mr. Prayat Chaisingh. They were joined by local leaders, including Hanka District Agricultural Officer, Mr. Chat Kham-iam, and our dedicated Agricultural Extension Officer, Ms. Warunee Kakaew. The team kindly toured our production process in a warm, friendly atmosphere and shared brilliant ideas for further developing our processed cricket products with great care and foresight.
We were also privileged to have Ms. Arissara Khamcharee, the Provincial Cultural Officer, and Mrs. Prawong Kanonrungsee, President of the Provincial Cultural Council, join us to closely support and nurture the community's cultural dimensions.
The atmosphere during the visit was filled with warmth, friendliness, and positive energy. This visit is a true testament to the fact that under the strong leadership of the Governor and the genuine dedication of all related government agencies, Chai Nat's economy and food innovation will surely achieve sustainable growth.
