Lasagna Al RagÃđ and BÃĐchamel by chef Andrew Commins

The heart and soul of the lasagne is made with a rich ragÃđ sauce, which is a mixture of top quality beef and pork, slow-cooked in red wine, dancing between fresh tomatoes and basil. To balance the acidity of tomatoes, we then add layers of creamy bÃĐchamel sauce, topped with tons of cheese mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Our lasagnas are proudly homemade and always crafted with love. We do not use processed meat, so expect chunky and tender bits of beef and pork between the layers of golden pasta sheets. We use prime grade A mixed cuts of beef, pork collar and pork belly in our recipe. The stock we use is slow-cooked with calf bones, onions, and mixed herbs.

Farang Paak Muang also uses fresh vegetables in our lasagnas. Locally sourced, the produce is always ripe, and in it’s prime condition. Which means the vegetables are full of its natural flavour. Not to mention packed with vitamins and minerals to promote a healthy life style. We blend a medley of mixed mushrooms, aubergine, tomatoes, basil, thyme and lots of garlic in this classic old-school Italian recipe. Even the tomatoes are hand-picked by the chef from the morning markets.

All our dishes are available for pre-orders, so all the ingredients are always fresh and in its prime condition to be eaten. Please send us a message if you’d like to order anything for lunch or dinner. Delivery or pickup is now available after 16.00 everyday.
