อีกหนึ่งก้าวของการพัฒนา ที่มีความหมายมากสำหรับผมครับ
เชฟพนธ์ จาก Paul Burger Chiangmai ได้ผ่านหลักสูตร Homemade Burgers จากวิทยาลัยดุสิตธานีเป็นที่เรียบร้อย
แม้ผมจะทำงานในบทบาทของเชฟ นักการตลาด และเป็นเจ้าของร้านอยู่แล้ว แต่ผมเชื่อเสมอว่า การทำงานจริงไม่ใช่เหตุผลที่จะหยุดเรียนรู้ ตรงกันข้าม ยิ่งอยู่ในสายอาชีพนี้มากเท่าไร ยิ่งต้องพัฒนาตัวเองให้มากขึ้นเท่านั้น
หลักสูตรนี้ไม่ใช่แค่การมาเรียนเพิ่มเติม แต่เป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการกลับมาทบทวนพื้นฐาน เปิดมุมมองใหม่ และเก็บรายละเอียดสำคัญที่สามารถนำไปต่อยอดกับงานจริงได้ ทั้งในเรื่องรสชาติ มาตรฐาน และคุณภาพของเบอร์เกอร์ที่เราตั้งใจทำให้ลูกค้าทุกคน และได้ connection ดีๆกับบุคคลคุณภาพในคลาสอย่างมากมาย
ขอขอบพระคุณอาจารย์เชฟทุกท่าน สำหรับความรู้ คำแนะนำ และประสบการณ์ที่ถ่ายทอดให้อย่างเต็มที่
รวมถึงขอขอบคุณน้องๆ เชฟ และทีมงานทุกคน ที่ช่วยดูแล สนับสนุน และทำให้การอบรมครั้งนี้เต็มไปด้วยคุณค่าและความประทับใจครับ
สำหรับผม การพัฒนาไม่ใช่เรื่องของตำแหน่ง
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเชฟ หรือเจ้าของร้าน เราก็ยังต้องเรียนรู้ ปรับปรุง และก้าวต่อไปเสมอ
และผมจะนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้
กลับมาพัฒนาต่อยอดให้ Paul Burger Chiangmai ดีขึ้นในทุกด้านต่อไปครับ

Chef Paul from Paul Burger Chiangmai has successfully completed the Homemade Burgers course at Dusit Thani College.
Even though I already work as a chef, marketer, and business owner, I have always believed that real-world experience is never a reason to stop learning. In fact, the longer you stay in this industry, the more you need to keep improving yourself.
This course was not simply about learning something new. It was also a great opportunity to revisit the fundamentals, gain fresh perspectives, and discover important details that can be applied directly to our work — from flavor and consistency to the overall quality of every burger we serve.
Another valuable part of this experience was meeting and connecting with so many talented and inspiring people in the class. Great knowledge is important, but great connections and conversations with quality people can be just as valuable.
I would like to sincerely thank all the chef instructors for generously sharing their knowledge, advice, and experience.
I would also like to thank the junior chefs and the entire team for all their support, care, and assistance throughout the course. You made this experience both meaningful and memorable.
For me, growth has nothing to do with your title.
Whether you are a chef, a marketer, or a business owner, there is always something more to learn, improve, and develop.
I will take everything I gained from this experience and continue applying it to make Paul Burger Chiangmai better in every possible way.
