At Thai Cannabis Farms we are tying up with multiple local organizations who are first in line to receive the legal right to grow and we bring with us the much needed experience and expertise to produce Cannabis at the required standard. So we now have the legal right and the know how to deliver, however for us to capitalize on this great opportunity we need more facilities to work from. Hence our adverts, we are looking for individuals to purchase farms and then lease them straight back to us. Your involvement is simply that of a landlord, and you would be renting out your property to a licensed Cannabis company. The high selling price of cannabis means that the profits we will make from the farm are very attractive and as such means that we can offer a rental rate that represents a very good return on investment.
