Back in our Bangkok days, Dee Plee was one of our very first signature creations.
After all these years, it is still part of our story.
A charcuterie made with Dee Plee (ดีปลี), the traditional Thai long pepper.

Its aromatic character brings warm peppery notes, earthy depth and a gentle lingering heat.
