As readers of this page, you come from all around the world. Depending on where you live, you'll be facing different levels of threat from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with different restrictions in place.
Some of you work on the front lines, as healthcare workers and other key service providers: in which case, we salute you. Others have businesses which, like ours, have been hit hard by the measures put in place to curb the spread of the virus. Some of you may be affected less directly, but no one can escape at least some level of disruption to their lives.
I am fortunate to have online work which is keeping me busy and providing income, but my wife and I would like to keep providing some kind of service related to Thai Food. With many of you cooking much more at home these days, it seems like as good a time as any to get our cookbook published (it’s been in the pipeline for nearly 2 years).
