Our signature curry is the perfect match for a rich Japanese dashi broth, made with ingredients such as bonito flakes and kombu kelp.
For those who want an even richer and creamier flavor, we highly recommend adding our Cheese Cream Sauce.
And there’s more! Once you’ve enjoyed the noodles, you can add rice to the remaining soup and turn it into a delicious Curry Soup Rice.
