Discover a new expression of omakase at Maison Tsuru 🍣✨

Our new 10-course menu returns to the heart of Japanese cuisine, featuring familiar classics such as ika somen, dashi soup and a carefully selected progression of sushi, each interpreted with our own subtle Maison Tsuru touch.

Completed with grilled truffle onigiri and macarons, the experience balances tradition with a little of the unexpected.
