This International Youth Day, we celebrate young people who are discovering their strengths, building confidence and preparing for their future.
At Theera, some of the friendly faces you meet are trainees from . Through meaningful workplace experience, they develop practical skills in customer service, food preparation and working as part of a team in a real café environment.
Learning does not only happen in the classroom. Sometimes it begins with welcoming a customer, preparing a meal or simply believing, 'I can do this.'
When you visit Theera, you are helping create those moments.
