👉 Most industrial pasta is made from blended or highly refined flours designed for speed, low cost, and long shelf life.
It may look the same, but it often lacks structure, flavor, and a real al dente bite.

Traditional Italian pasta is made from durum wheat semola rimacinata ✨️

🌾 Durum wheat naturally contains more protein and a stronger structure

🌾 It is finely milled, creating a smooth texture and elastic bite

🌾 Pasta holds its shape, stays al dente, and catches sauces better

🌾 It’s healthier and easier to digest for adults and kids
