Grown slowly, with intention… right here in our controlled environment 🍄‍🟫

Inside this room, we carefully manage the temperature and conditions so these yellow oyster mushrooms can grow exactly how they’re meant to—clean, consistent, and full of life. No rushing the process. Just the right balance of air, humidity, and time.

You can see how delicate they are… soft, almost like petals. That’s why we harvest everything by hand, at the perfect moment—when the color is vibrant, the texture is just right, and the flavor is at its peak.

These aren’t your typical mushrooms.
They’re light, slightly nutty, with a beautiful, almost buttery texture when cooked.

And because they’re so fresh, what you taste is something real—something alive.

From our grow room… straight to your kitchen.
Simple, clean, and grown with care. ❤️
