เราใช้เทคนิคในการ infusion เพื่อทำเครื่องดื่มพิเศษแก้วนี้ออกมา ใช้น้ำมะพร้าวน้ำหอมสด ครีมกะทิเพิ่มความหอม เพราะเป็นวัตถุดิบที่เกาะพะงันมีเป็นจำนวนมาก ใช้ใบเตยมาปรุงแต่งกลิ่นเพื่อให้หอมหวานเหมือนขนมชั้นที่เป็นขนมภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน นำมาเสริฟคู่กับค็อกเทลแก้วพิเศษ เพื่อมอบเป็นของขวัญแทนใจ ในวันวาเลนไทน์นี้ มาเติมความหวาน มอบความรัก แทนคำพูดสำหรับหรับคนพิเศษของคุณ
Koh Pha-ngan has an abundance of these raw materials. We use infusion techniques to make this special cocktail.
