Why its important to live healthy?
Its not so easy, People say, but it is. Just try to buy as little processed food which is wrapped in Plastic. Prepare your own meal with good ingredients , try to avoid to much fat, oil and salt and don’t eat to late. Add lots of Vegetable and Fruits to your diet and let the animals live because they deserve it as much as we do. Due to my own health issues I started to make all my foods by myself and started to add more and more healthy options and got more and more conscious about it.....that was the start of My healthy Me!!!
