ย้อนกลับไปเมื่อประมาณพุทธศักราช 2540 ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและความตั้งใจที่จะพัฒนาพื้นที่ดอยแห่งหนึ่งในหมู่บ้านดงสุวรรณ อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย ด้วยความชื่นชอบกับความหลงใหลในรสชาติและสรรพคุณอันมากมายของชานั้น ทำให้ทางเราเสาะหาและค้นคว้าให้ได้มาซึ่งต้นกล้าที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ดังกล่าว
การใส่ใจในทุกกระบวนการทุกขั้นตอนจากเราไม่ว่าจะเป็นการปลูกชาแบบเกษตรอินทรีย์โดยไม่ใช่สารเคมี ทำให้ได้ชาที่ปลอดสารพิษตกค้าง กระบวนการอบที่เราใส่ใจและดูแลในคุณภาพอย่างสม่ำเสมออีกทั้งการคัดสรรกระบวนการบรรจุเพื่อให้สามารถคงประสิทธิภาพของชาไทยไว้ให้นานที่สุด
Doidhamma Thai Tea
Back in 1997, Doidhamma Thai Tea was established with a strong intention to develop the land on the mountainous area in Dong Suwan Village, Mae Chan, Chiang Rai. Our garden started from a passion for flavor and many benefit advantages of tea. Those things inspired us to find the little sprout of tea plant which the climate in area of garden. We pay attention to every single step in the manufacturing process, starting from Organic Farming, growing tea organically, that means our tea is grown without the use of pesticide or any chemicals and careful attention to quality of tea leaves during Drying Process. Especially Packing Process, which we need to ensure that our teas are packed under close supervision in order to conserve its flavor, aroma, and overall qualities under the brand “Doidhamma Thai Tea”. We have many kind of tea products in order to fulfill your desire such as herbal tea, fruit tea, etc.
