𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗯! – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴)😇🍷

Let's be honest: the name sounds like it's either about to swear or start preaching. Turns out Holy Cab! just wants to show off how good Australian Cabernet Sauvignon can be when it stops trying to be complicated.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹
Deep, saturated ruby with a dark violet edge — this is a wine that's clearly not shy. The nose opens with dense blackcurrant and plum, moves into cedar and dark chocolate, and finishes with a whisper of clove. Textbook Cabernet, minus the textbook attitude.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲
Ripe black fruit up front, structured tannins that are firm but polished (someone clearly told them to sit up straight), and a clean acid line that keeps the whole thing from feeling heavy. Medium-plus body, a finish long enough to justify pouring a second glass "just to be sure".

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁
✅ Full-flavoured without needing a wine vocabulary to enjoy it
✅ Tannins that are firm, not furious
✅ A crowd-pleasing modern Australian style — structured enough for the wine nerds, easy enough for everyone else

Pair it with grilled steak, lamb chops, rich pasta, sharp cheese – or the "I survived the day" glass you pour while deciding whether to cook or just graze.

Find Holy Cab! at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘂𝗸𝗲𝘁 — it may be "holy," but it's the kind of sin you can justify one bottle at a time. 🍷😉

𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟯 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽! 🌿🍷

Don't let the name fool you — there is absolutely nothing sleepy about this wine. Named after the vineyard, not its personality, the Astrolabe Sleepers Pinot Noir from New Zealand's wild and windswept Kēkerengū Coast comes bounding out of the glass like it's had three flat whites and a serious point to prove.

In the glass it's a gorgeous bright garnet — the kind of colour that makes you hold it up to the light just to feel sophisticated. Then the nose arrives like a love letter written by someone who actually knows what they're doing: dried rose petals, violets, lifted red cherry, dried herbs, and then — wait for it — wild truffles. Yes, actual truffles. Growing in the roots of the trees surrounding the vineyard, apparently just hanging around making this wine smell extraordinary. Fancy without even trying.

On the palate it's delicate but alive — pomegranate, sweet ripe fruit, earthy leather, and that gorgeous mineral thread that comes straight from the limestone soils beneath the vines. The fruit is always lifted and pure, the texture silky, and the finish long and complex. Two winters ageing in French oak have added lovely depth without muscling in on all that elegance.

And the winemaking? Winemaker Simon Waghorn does it properly — hand-picked fruit, wild vineyard yeast, hand-plunged open-top vats, natural malolactic fermentation. No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just respect for what this remarkable coastal site produces.

Perfect with roast duck, herbed lamb, mushroom risotto, a truffle pasta if you're feeling theatrical, a serious cheese board, or a quiet evening where you finally crack open something genuinely special.

Swing by 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 in Phuket and grab this before it's gone — bottles like this don't sit around waiting forever, even if the vineyard is called Sleepers! 🍷✨

𝗙𝗼𝘅 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝘆 – 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀? 🦊☀️

This McLaren Vale beauty struts out of the bottle all golden and confident—like it just rolled in from the Adelaide Hills with sunshine in its back pocket. Ripe stone fruit vibes hit you first: juicy white peach, nectarine, and a splash of tropical pineapple that screams "I'm on holiday!" Then comes creamy vanilla and toasty oak richness (hello, French barrels), with a buttery smoothness that coats your mouth like velvet.

On the palate it's full-bodied but balanced—lush and generous without going all Hollywood on you. Fresh acidity keeps things lively, citrus brightness cuts through the creaminess, and there's this gorgeous nutty, biscuity finish that lingers like the best kind of house guest.

Dangerously easy-drinking: smashing with creamy pasta, grilled prawns dripping in garlic butter, roast chicken that's seen some serious love, Thai massaman curry, or Sunday sessions where "just a quick glass" mysteriously empties the bottle.

Two Southern Italian siblings from Puglia, both ridiculously drinkable, both dangerously smooth—but totally different personalities.

The Negroamaro is the brooding one: inky and mysterious in the glass, looking like it means business with its leather jacket vibes. One whiff reveals ripe plum, black cherry jam, dark chocolate, and Mediterranean herbs with a to***co warmth that whispers "I'm rustic, but make it sexy." On the tongue? Velvety smooth fruit bombs, gentle spice, and soft tannins that cuddle instead of wrestle.

Meanwhile, the Primitivo is pure sun-soaked indulgence—deep ruby sunshine that unleashes jammy blackberry, sweet cherry compote, vanilla warmth, and sneaky cinnamon-spice like "Christmas pudding." Rich, round, unapologetically lush with velvety tannins smoother than a Patong Beach pickup line, chocolate-covered cherries doing backflips, and enough warming alcohol for that cozy "ahhh" moment.

Way too delicious to choose just one: smash the Negroamaro with grilled meats and rich ragu, or cozy up with the Primitivo and slow-cooked lamb, spicy pizza, or your couch and a crime doc marathon.

Either way, swing by 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 in Phuket and grab both before they vanish!

𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗻 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻 𝗔 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲?

This sleek Italian stunner from Bottega hides a wild Venetian secret—distilled with pure alpine water and botanicals that scream juniper, lemon zest, and sage like it's flirting shamelessly from the glass. One whiff and you're hit with piney gin classic vibes, zesty citrus pop, and that sly herbal whisper that says, "Darling, mix me or sip me neat, I won't judge."

On the tongue, it's silky smooth yet bold as a Phuket nightlife tease—crisp botanicals dance with balanced spice, a citrus kiss that lingers, and just enough dry edge to keep you coming back for "one more G&T." Perfect for elevating your tonic game with a cucumber twist, shaking up a Negroni that punches above its weight, or pairing with spicy Thai bar snacks that turn happy hour into "holy moly, another round?"

Way too seductive for shelf-sitting: pop into 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 in Phuket and snag Bottega Bacur before it charms its way out the door!

𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹-𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗭𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲? ⚡🍈

This Loire Valley classic looks all prim and proper in the bottle—like it's heading to a fancy French picnic—but one sip and it's firing electric zaps straight to your taste buds. Bright lemon and grapefruit blast off first, with crisp green apple crunch, a cheeky hint of gooseberry tang, and that classic flinty "just-struck-a-match" smokiness sneaking in (plus a whisper of the infamous Sauvignon vibe, but only the good kind that makes you go "ooh!").

On the palate it's razor-sharp and refreshingly racy—pure citrus fireworks, lively herbal freshness, stony minerals that linger like they've got nowhere else to be, and acidity so lively it could wake up a coma patient.

Way too drinkable for its own good: killer with fresh oysters, goat cheese battles, zingy seafood salads, spicy Phuket curries, or lazy beach afternoons where it turns "just one glass" into "oh deary me, the bottle's gone." Swing by 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 in Phuket and grab yours now!

𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗿 – 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿? 😈🌊

This Limestone Coast red looks cute on the label—sort of—but in the glass it’s all kinds of mischief. Juicy red cherries and strawberries jump out first, with a little raspberry lift and a whiff of coastal herb and spice sneaking in around the edges.

On the palate it’s smooth and slurpy rather than stiff and serious—bright red fruit, a touch of cola, and soft earthy notes, with gentle tannins that make it way too easy to match with whatever’s on the table. Built for burger nights, charcuterie boards, roast chook, pizza sessions and beachside hangs where the “monster” ends up being everyone’s new favourite Pinot. Try it now at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 in Phuket.
