Farmer goes Fine Dining!
Chef Giacomo Primante invited us to etcha this weekend!
As farmers, we’re the first step in the food journey. But this is complete other end of the spectrum. Seeing how far the chef can take our product and run with it is honestly amazing.
Favorite bite of the night: the แกงส้ม + foam thing — hits all the taste nodes. And of course, watching our pork take center stage as the main course.
The sheer amount of work and thought behind every plate is inspiring to witness up close.
Seeing our hard work touched so soulfully is beautiful.
