From scratch, we made 4 homemade curry pastes 🌶️ 💚 Green Curry 🧡 Panang Curry 🤎 Massaman Curry ❤️ Red Curry
..then turned them into authentic Thai curries, along with many other Thai favorites using fresh local ingredients.

Have you ever heard of Gaeng Per? 🌿🥗😋

This is a traditional local dish from Northern and Northeastern Thailand that many visitors have never tried. It may not look fancy, and the color might not be the most beautiful—but don't judge it by its appearance! It's incredibly flavorful, comforting, and packed with healthy ingredients.

Today's version is made with bamboo shoots and mushrooms, with no meat at all. It's naturally light, full of fiber, and loaded with fresh local herbs. Everything in this big pot cost only 80 THB to make!

One of the things I love most about Thai home cooking is that simple, affordable ingredients from the local market can become something so delicious.

This is one of my favorite healthy meals—and maybe one of the little secrets to staying slim. 😊
