Low and slow always wins 🍷🥩

Our Cabonne Country 3-bone short ribs, single packed at around 1.5kg, braised gently in red wine with chunky mirepoix for a full 4 hours until meltingly tender. Deep, beefy, rich and comforting — the kind of dish that fills the room with good smells and gets people hovering near the pot.

A proper centrepiece for a dinner party when you want to serve something generous, relaxed, and quietly impressive. 🔥🍽️
