طريقة التحضير

يخفق البيض مع السكر العادي وسكر فانيليا
تضاف الزبدة والفارينة والجلجلان
تخلط جيدا وتترك لمدة 20 دقيقة
تصنع عصي بالعجين بنفس السمك
تقطع إلى قطع بالسكين
توضع في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة في حرارة 200 درجة
