Cherry & Pineapple Tart Milk Punch

Over a decade ago when I first started in bars, putting amaretto and something cherry flavoured together to give that Bakewell tart flavour
You can make it like in the video or swap the ratios of amaretto and rum for a very indulgent dessert style drink
Cherry can come in various forms but I rather enjoy the cherry syrup
45ml/1.5oz Rum (Spanish style aged rum and pineapple rum both work well here)
20ml/0.66oz Amaretto
15ml/0.5oz Cherry syrup
22.5ml/0.75oz Lemon juice (use like if you prefer, but for me lemon worked better here)
60ml/2oz Pineapple juice
60ml/2oz Whole milk
Pineapple fond and cherry garnish
I add syrup at the end so it keeps more of its colour
