Your local beekeeper works diligently to ensure that the honey consumed by you is 100% pure (not adulterated), 100% organic (free of insecticides) and 100% local...despite the many challenges faced in ensuring that the best quality is enjoyed by you and your family, the weather, praedial larceny, lack of government funding and initiatives, the current government is seeking to remove what little assurance your local beekeeper is able to continue to do so, by removing the ban on imported honey. Imported honey poses many risks, not the least of which is your health! Not to mention the welfare of our local bees, who not only provide honey, but without whom we would not be able to pollinate much of the local fruits and fauna we enjoy.

Beekeepers play an important role as stewards in the ecosystem of our beautiful twin republic, please share, so that we can bring awareness of this issue, and your local beekeeper can continue to provide you with honey and the integrity and wholesome goodness for generations to come.
