90% extra dark health bar

70% chocolate bars with different inclusions- coconut, hogplum, ginger, sorrel, guinea pepper, cocoa nibs, orange and plain.

65% dark milk - ginger snap, mochaccino( using local coffee), and cocoa tea

cocoa nib brittle with coffee

cocoa nibs,

choconanas ( dried sikeye or silk fig bananas dipped in 65% milk
chocolate then dipped in a home made muesli mixture)
