As I begin preparing for my I advise you all to: Freeze Your Spinach!

You can weigh and portion as much or as little as you like and put it away in the freezer. The nutritional content won't be affected!

Don't let spinach sit in the fridge and wilt away. We've all been there before. Food is becoming more costly, let's try not to waste any of it.
