Proposal for Integrated Marketing and Promotions Campaign Trinibakes Limited July 2025

Trinibakes Limited is seeking the services of marketing and promotional experts to design and implement a fun and innovative promotional campaign. This promotional campaign is required to support the company’s aggressive sales expansion strategy.

Background
Trinibakes Limited is the leading supplier of frozen bakery-ready speciality breads and pastries. The company is engaging in an aggressive sales campaign due to a recently signed distribution contract with HADCO Limited in April of 2025. As a result of this partnership the company brand is expected to support sales effort through strategic, fun and well-organized promotional campaign that ensures:-
1. Increase brand awareness
2. Drive customer purchases
3. Develop repeat customers
4. Strengthen customer engagement and overall increase sales

Scope of Services
The ideal team will build on the core brand pillars of Trinibakes which are:-
1. Authentically Caribbean
2. Empowering – Confidence enabling
3. Simple and easy to do
4. Nutrient Dense
5. Vegan ready
6. Versatile
It is expected that promotions will allow customers to:-
1. Taste/sample the breads and pastries.
2. Demonstrate how easy and simple that the product is to use.
3. Illustrate how many ways the products can make life easier for them.
4. Guide customers to where the products can be purchased.
5. Gain understanding of the value of the products they are buying.
Proposal content
The proposal should be broken down as follows:-
1. Promotional Strategy –
a. Proponent are required to submit a 2-3 min video that will demonstrate how they propose to promote Trinibakes brand to a variety of Trinibakes Target markets.
b. Mock-up of branded and promotional items proposed.
c. Draft schedule of promotions.
d. Narrative proposal on its core promotional strategy should be no longer than 6 pages inclusive of appendices.
2. Financial Submission
a. The cost of conducting promotions
b. Cost of promotional items
c. Payment terms

Evaluation Criteria
Submission will be evaluated on
1. Innovativeness of the strategy 60%
2. Brand incorporation in promotional strategy 10%
3. Cost of service 30%

Deadline
Proposal should be sent to by email to [email protected] Attn Ms Antonia Mark Sales and Marketing Team Lead cc Ms Kathleen Joseph at [email protected] by July 14 2025 at 4pm.
Submission received after the deadline will not be acknowledged.

Clarification meeting
A clarification meeting between July 7th and 8th 2025 at 10am-11am via Google meet to allow proponents the opportunity to ask question to support the submission of proposal.
The selected company will be expected to begin on or before August 2nd 2025
