So I've been busy with other jobs and projects but still doing requests and private catering.
This one was a friend with health issues
This one doesn't look like much but it was a doozy.
Recovery food with
-no salt
-minimum processed oil
-minimal sugar
Making food like this takes a lot of effort to boss flavour and maximize nutrients so you get the benefits as well as food not being bland.
It's personal for me knowing these dietary restrictions because I had to go through it with my dad.
But a list of items because I didn't take enough pics.
- Baked salmon with spinach
- pan seared chicken breast
- Roasted Potatoes
- Amarillo rice (pilaf)
- Sautéed garlic veggies - mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini
- Marinara made from scratch
- Chicken bone broth
- Fish croquets
- chicken meat balls
- Tamarind sauce
- Balsamic vinaigrette
I still take requests and meal prep requests like this too.
