The Happy Gourmet The Happy Gourmet is an exciting and new Speciality Food Market in Valpark Shopping Plaza, Trinidad W.I.

We aim to provide a wide selection of unique and premium gourmet and healthy foods, including organic and gluten free. We are a new speciality food market located in Valpark Shopping Plaza. We are just downstairs and north of the Valpark Chinese restaurant, near Baby Time. We currently carry a range of gourmet and health items such as:

- Maple Syrup

and other syrups and jams
- A wide and growing selection of Gluten free items
