2026年9月28日，我們非常榮幸邀請兩位國際級廚藝領袖親自授課——加拿大廚藝聯盟前任會長 Donald A. Gyurkovits，以及美國廚藝聯合會（American Culinary Federation）全國會長 Rene J. Marquis。

兩位講師將分享國際廚藝競賽標準、食品安全、專業評審重點及餐飲實務經驗。歡迎廚師及餐飲相關科系學生報名參加！

【LATEST ANNOUNCEMENT｜2026 INTERNATIONAL CULINARY TRAINING COURSE】

We are honored to welcome two distinguished international culinary leaders as instructors for our professional training course on September 28, 2026: Donald A. Gyurkovits, Past President of the Canadian Culinary Federation, and Rene J. Marquis, National President of the American Culinary Federation.

They will share valuable insights into international culinary competition standards, food safety, professional judging criteria, and industry practices. This course is open to chefs and culinary students.

👉Course Fee: CAD 200 per person
The fee includes the course handbook and 15% tax.
