百年傳統餅舖 先祖 張林犁公初營百貨兼習製餅，於烹飪中偶得豆芽製法。
遂專心研究，從綠豆製成豆餡用作中秋月餅。
乃於公元一八九四年歲次甲午創業，
於社口並由當地名宿林進士命名為犁記慘淡經營享譽遐邇，
念先祖艱難創業澤被後昆，子子孫孫其永誌之。
