二八水咖啡，是採用自然農法所栽培的好咖啡，在二水這塊豐腴的土地裡，吸收中部平原溫暖的陽光、純樸鄉下清晰的空氣，以及濁水溪的好水，我們沒有使用農藥、化肥， 而是利用雜草的腐質土當基肥，再輔以魚雜所發酵的天然有機肥。因無化肥，所以顆粒小且紮實；因肥源特殊，所以口味獨特！
