阿微剉冰開店至今，堅持用最好最新鮮的食材來煮出可以讓人懷念的味道，因此也不添加任何的添加劑，讓客人吃得開心也吃的健康。
堅持媽媽那一代的理念，以微笑來對待每一個支持我們的客人，阿微最常說的一句話就是，做吃的就不要怕客人吃，就是因為這樣才能讓我們有許多忠實的老主顧。店裡的配料很多都是自已熬煮的，像是紅豆、花豆、綠豆、芋頭、鳳梨，當然不例外的還有芋圓、地瓜圓、脆圓都是手工做的，當然還有店裡的新產品"仙草奶凍"也是用心去研發的新品，有老主顧們的支持讓我們有更多的動力去研發更好的產品。
