如果有 Fujian Hot Braised Food has been opening for 30 years. At first, it was opened in Taiwan.

It moved back to Kinmen nine years ago. The owner is good at taking care of others in nature. The deli-snakes are sold at a lower price since the owner wants to give students, solders and local people more advantages. The owner takes fresh vegetables, such as white radish and cabbage, from her parents who live in Lieyu Island. Therefore, the customers can enjoy healthy and clean vegetables. The owner always acts as her conscience dictates. She washes the vegetables and utensil with environmental friendly cleaner and she only sells qualified foods. In this way, the customers don’t have to worry about what they eat is good or not, and she builds up a good relationship with them. Though she may not earn so much, she feels happy since she can take care of others.

福建滷味建立迄今已有三十年的歷史，起先在開業台灣，九年前搬回滷味阿姨的故鄉－金門。
阿姨天性喜歡照顧別人，為了照顧年輕的學生、阿兵哥以及當地居民，所以才將售價壓得這麼低。
阿姨每次都從烈嶼帶新鮮的白蘿蔔和高麗菜過來，那些是由她的爸爸媽媽種的，因此消費者可以放心吃福建美味又乾淨的蔬菜喔!

「做事憑良心」是阿姨嚴格遵守的準則，所以她只使用合格的食物和清潔用品，不讓消費者吃到不好的東西，以此與消費者建立長久、良好的關係。

阿姨說：「錢雖然賺得少，但是因為可以照顧別人，所以做得很開心。」
