〈初桃理念〉
店名為『初桃』，意指出走到台東這個世外桃源，釋義為遠離城市喧囂，呼應諧音「出逃」近似音閩南語「齣頭」「𨑨迌 tsh*t-thô」，釋義為花樣、玩，期許未來初桃會有很多不同樣貌及新點子出現。
