魷喀/ Liuqiu Yuka 賞味品味大海的滋味，逍遙魷˙隨手喀

由於近年來，溫室效應以及過度濫捕，
導致漁獲量逐年下降，
若想在任何季節內皆能品嘗到魷魚的鮮味，
就必須作成魷魚乾，於是阿滿姨遵循老一輩的傳統做法，
還有祖傳調配的醬料，由於是純手工的製造，
因此比一般製造的時間整整多了兩倍之久，
所需的人力也相對較高，
常有人問說:一樣是魷魚乾，
為什麼要做得這麼搞剛?

阿滿姨總是笑笑的說:
就是想讓大家吃到這份古早味，
還有小時後記憶裡的美好滋味。
